RESOLUTION NO. 5093 <br /> <br />BY: Messrs. Magnotto, McBride, Usher, <br /> Brockman, Chinnock, Graber <br /> <br /> AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION authorizing and directing the Director <br />of Public Works to advertise for bids for the painting of the electrd- <br />static precipitator and ductwork at the Lakewood Incinerator in accordance <br />with the specifications. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS the City of Lakewood is obligated to furnish the finish <br />painting of the electrostatic precipitator and ductwork at the Lakewood <br />Incinerator under terms of the~ contract with American Air Filter Co., and, <br /> <br /> whereas, specifications have been prepared and are on file in <br />the office of the Director of Public Works, and, <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this resolution constitutes an emergency measure <br />providing for the usual daily operation of a municipal department and for <br />the immediate preservation of the public health, safety and welfare, now, <br />therefore, <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF <br />OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the Director of Public Works be, and he is <br />hereby authorized to advertise for bids for the painting of the electro- <br />static precipitator and ductwork at the Lakewood Incinerator in accordance <br />with specifications on file in the office of the Director of Public Works. <br /> <br /> Section 2. That the advertisement for said bids shall provide <br />for and require that bids for the painting of the electrostatic precipita- <br />tor and ductwork be in accordance with said specifications. <br /> <br /> Section 3.
