Chinnock~ ~raber, Magnotto, <br /> McBride, Sinagra, Usher, Brockman <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION authorizing and 'directing the Director of Public <br />Works to enter iota a contract or contracts for the purchese of the neces- <br />sary requirements of Valves and Pipe Fittings for the period of one year <br />gommencing January 1~ 1976~ for use in the Division of Water. <br /> <br /> WHI!',llEAS, this resolution provides for the inm~ediate preserva- <br /> tion of the public property and welfare and for the usual daily operation <br /> of a municipal department, now, therefore, <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY TIlE COI~qCIL OF TIlE CITY OF LAKE~qOOD, STATE <br /> OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the Director of Public Works be and he is <br />hereby authorized and directed to enter into a comtract or contracts for <br />the purchase of the necesssry requirements of valves and pipe fittings <br />for the year 1976 for use in tbe Division of Water, with the lowest and <br />best bidder or bidders, after advertisement according to law. <br /> <br />ScctJen 2.
