Graber, Magnetic, McBride, Sinagra, <br /> Usher, Brockman, Chinnogk <br /> <br /> A ~SOLUTION authorfzing and directing the Director of Publie <br />Works to enter inte .t requirement contract for the purchase of the <br />necessary items of Fire }~drants and Fire Hydrant Parts for a period of <br />oneyear commencing January 1, 1976o <br /> <br /> WHERJ~AS, this resolution provides for tl~e immediate preserva~ <br />tion of the public property and welfare and for the usual daily opera- <br />tion of a municipal department, now~ therefore, <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE C01~CIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE <br />OF CHI0: <br /> <br /> Section 1~ That the I)irector of Public Works be and he is <br />hereby authorized and directed to enter into a requirement contract <br />for the purchase of the necessary items of fire hydranl~s and fire <br />hydrant parts for a period of one year~ co~m~encing Jan. ury 1, 1976, <br />with the lowest snd best bidder, after advertisement according to <br />law. <br /> <br /> Section 2.
