Courtney as <br />a member of the Board of Zoning Appeals for the full term beginning <br />January I, 1976. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF <br />OHIO: <br /> <br />Section 1. That the appointment of James E, Courtney as a member <br />of the Board of Zoning Appeals for the full term beginning January 1, <br />1976, is hereby approved in accordance with the provisions~of Article <br />XVI of the Charter of the City of Lakewood. <br /> <br />Section 2. That this resolution shall take effect and be in force <br />immediately upon~ its~ adoption and approval by the Mayor and at the <br /> <br />earliest period allowed by law. <br /> <br /> <br />
