That the Director of Finance be and he is hereby authorized to <br />pay the cost of memberships of municipal employees and/or Departments or <br />Divisions of the City of Lakewood ~or the year 1976, in the o~ganizations <br />and associations set forth in Section 1 hereof. <br /> <br />Section 3.
