Madson <br />as a member of t~e Lakewood City Planning Commisszon for the full <br />six-year term beginning January 1, 1976. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF ~IE'CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF <br />OHIO: <br /> <br />Section 1. %hat:the appointment of Herbert D. Madson <br />as a member of t~e Lakewood City Planning Commission, for the full <br />six-year term beginning January 1, 1976, is hereby approved in <br />accordance with ~he provisions of Article XV of the Charter of the <br />City of Lakewood~ <br /> <br />Section 2. %hat:this Resolution shall take effect and be in force <br />immediately uponlits adoption and approval by the Mayor and at the <br />earliest period allowed by law. <br /> <br />Approved <br /> <br /> <br />
