Usher, Brockman~ Chinnock, Magnotto, <br />McBride, Salmon, Sinagra, ~ <br /> <br /> ~ ~GENCYRESOLUTIONauthorizing and directing the <br />Director of Public Works to enter into a requirement contract for <br />the purchase of the necessary items of water meters and water meter <br />parts for a period of one year commencing April 1, 1976. <br /> <br /> WHEREkq, this Resolution constitutes an emergency measure <br />providing for the usual daily operation of a municipal department; <br />now, therefore, <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLIDJD BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAIC~g/OOD, <br />STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the Director of Public Works be~ and he <br />is hereby authorized and directed to enter into a requirement contract <br />for the purchase of the necessary items of water meters and ~ater <br />meter parts for a period of one (1) year, co~e~cing April 1, 1976 <br />with the lowest and best bidder after advertisement according to lm¢. <br /> <br /> Section 2. That this resolution is hereby declared to be <br />an emergency measure for the reasons stated in the preamble hereof <br />and provided it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all <br />members elected to Council~ it shall take effect and be in f~3rce <br />immediately upon its adoption and approval by~the~P~yor. <br /> <br /> <br />
