Hccge com- <br />pleted over 32 years of municipal finance service including h£s full time <br />career as Director of Finance of the City of Lakewood since February 1, <br />1968, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, his ready acceptance of responsibility and e[fic]enc.y of per- <br />formance during a perzod of accelerated fiscal acti.wty ~n the City <br />are evidence o~ h~s leadership ab~]].ty, devotion to his community and <br />desire to render outstanding service, and <br /> <br />WIIEREAS, througt~ [~.s personal warmth and gain]ina :iet'e]?cst in h~s chosen <br />profession he l~as won the respect and affection of I~is f{~].].ow City <br />ployees and all those who came JJn contact wi. th }izm during his tenul:e <br />with the Cit.y, and <br /> <br />1dlEREAS~ Raymond N. ll~ege has won due recognition aad admiration of his <br />colleagues throughout tile State as evzdenced by l]~s serwce as Plresident <br />of the Municipal Finance Officers Association of N.
