Salmon, Usher, Brockman, <br /> Magnotto, Chinnock <br /> Aa~'EMERGENCY RESOLUTION authorizing and directing the Mayor to enter into <br /> a concession agreement for the operation bf the restaurant facility located at <br /> 1448 Warren Road, Lakewood, Ohio for a period of two years commencing June 1~ <br /> 1976 to May 31, 1978 and continuing on a month to month lease thereafter. <br /> <br /> ~R{EREAS, this resolution constitutes an emergency measure providing for <br /> the immediate preservation of the public health, and for the usual daily oper- <br /> ation of a municipal department; now, therefore, <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO~ <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the Mayor be and he is hereby authorized and directed to <br />enter into a concession agreement for the operation of the restaurant fagility <br />located at 1448 Warren Road, Lakewood, Ohio with the highest and best bidder <br />after adyertisement according to law for a period co~nencing on June 1, 1976 to <br />May 31, 1978 and continuing on a month to month lease thereafter. <br /> <br /> Section 2. That this resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />measure for the reasons stated in the preamble hereof and provided it receives <br />the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members elected to Council, it shaI1 <br />take effect and be in force immediately upon its adoption and approval by the <br />Mayor. <br /> <br />Cl~k <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br /> <br />
