RESOLUTiION NO. 5158 <br /> <br />BY: Messrs. McBride, Sinagra, Usher, <br /> Brockman, Magnotto <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION approving the appointment of Mrs. Mary Ellen <br />Brzytwa as a member of the Board of Trustees of Lakewood Hospital for <br />the unexpired term ending December 31, 1980. <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE <br />OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the appointment of Mrs. ~ry Ellen Brzytwa <br />as a member of the Board of Trustees of Lakewood Hospital for the <br />unexpired term ending December 31, 1980, is hereby approved in accord- <br />ance with Article XX, Section,1 of the Charter of the City of Lakewood. <br /> <br /> Section 2.
