RESOLUTION NO. 5161 <br /> <br />By: Messrs. Ushar, Brockmsn, Chinnock, <br /> Magnotto, McBride, Salmon, Sinagra <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION requesting the Fiscal Officer to furnish a certifi- <br />cateof maximum maturity, ~ <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Council of the City oK Lakewood contemplates issu- <br />ing $3,500,000 of bonds and notes for the purpose of paying the costs of <br />constructing and equipping a structure for municipal off-street parking <br />of motor vehicles; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of <br />Lakewood, Cuyahoga County, Ohio: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the fiscal officer of this City is hereby re- <br />quired to certify his estimate of the life of usefulness of the property <br />and the maximum maturity ef bonds and notes calculated in accordance with <br />the provisions of Section 133.20 of ~he Revised Code and based on the fol- <br />lowing: <br /> <br />$3,250,000 for constructing such structure. <br /> <br />$ 250,000 for equiPping such structure. <br /> <br /> Section 2.
