Now, therefore, <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIl. OF THE CITY OF LAKE~WOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That tile City of Lakewood retain Charles P. Braman& Co., <br />Inc. to appraise the aforementioned real estate parcel. <br /> <br /> Section 2. ~hat the Director of Finance ot the City of Lakewood be <br />and he is hereby ~uthorized to pay Charles P.
