Magnotto, Mcbride, Salmon, <br /> Sinagra, Usher, Brockman <br /> <br />iSOLUTION declaring the necessity and intent of the <br />~priate the real property located at 12600 Detroit <br />~ewood, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio, owned <br /> <br />Avenue in the City of <br />by RObert NOvak, and b~'~ing Permanent Parcel No. 312-32-6. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the i~ ~al property hereinafter more fully described is <br />needed for municipal p~ ~ing purposes, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, thi~ i~esolution constitutes an emergency measure providing <br />for the usual daily operation of a municipal department and for the further <br />reason that this Counc~ determines it to be in the best interest of the City <br />that said property be ~chased at the earliest possible time so that a <br />municipal parking facil~ ty can be developed at said location at the earliest <br />possible time, now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLV~ BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. ~h~t this Council hereby determines it necessary and <br />declares it to be the ~:ention of this Council to appropriate the fee simple <br />interest in and to the i~ femises hereinafter described for the purpose of using <br />same for a municipal p~ king facility for the City of Lakewood, Ohio., said <br />premises being owned b~ ~obert Novak and bearing Permanent Parcel No. 312-32-6 : <br /> Situated in ~ City of Lakewood, County of Cuyahoga and State <br /> of Ohio: <br /> <br /> And known as iB-~ing part of Original Rockport TownshiP Section <br /> No. 21, and ~nded and described as follows: <br /> Beginning in i~e Westerly line of Lakewood Avenue, as dedicated <br /> in Volume 8lief Maps, Page 11 of Cuyahoga County Records, thirty- <br /> five (35) fe~ wide, the Westerly line of which is parallel with <br /> and distant ~irty, five (35) feet Westerly from the Easterly line <br /> of premises e~veyed to William Bozett and Eliza M. Cochran by <br /> Deed dated D~mber 21, 1909, and recorded in Volume 1226, Page <br /> 64 of CUyahoj~ County Records at the point of intersection of <br /> said yesterl~ .ine of Lakewood Avenue with the Northerly line of <br /> Detroit Aven~ thence Northerly along the Westerly line of <br /> Lakewood Ave~ ~, 74.79 feet; thence Westerly about 95,26 feet <br /> to a poznt i~ the Westerly line of said land so conveyed to <br /> William~Boze~ and Eliza M. Cochran as aforesaid 62.66 feet <br /> Northerly fr~ the Northerly line of Detroit Avenue, measured <br /> along samd Bs~ett and Cochran's Westerly line; thence Southerly <br /> along samd We~terly lzne 62.66 feet to the Northerly lmne o <br /> Detroit Avenn~; thence Easterly 96.09 feet to the place of <br /> beginning, a~ being further known as parts of SubiOts Nos. <br /> one (1)and ~o (2) in P~ W.
