RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />5182 <br /> <br />By: Messrs. Salmon,Sinagra, Usher, <br /> Broekman, Chinnock, McBride <br /> <br /> BY: <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION requesting the Fiscal Officer to furnish a certificate <br />of maximum maturity. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Council~ of the City of Lakewood contemplates issuing <br />$630,000 of bonds and ~otes for the purpose of paying the costs of acquiring <br />and improving real Property by clearing therefrom the existing buildings <br />thereon for the purpoS~ of providing a site for the construction of a struc- <br />ture for municipal off~street parking; <br /> <br /> NOw, THEREFOr, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Lake- <br />wood, Cuyahoga County~ Ohio: <br /> <br /> Section t. That the fiscal officer of this City is hereby requested <br />to certify his estimat~ of thee life of usefulness of the property and the <br />maximum maturity of bo~ds and notes calculated in accordance with the pro- <br />visions of Section 133.20 of the Revised Code and based on the following: <br /> $ 44,000 foriclearing existing buildings. <br /> <br /> $586,000 foriiacquisition of real estate. <br /> <br /> Section 2. It is found and determined that ~11 formal actions of <br />this Council concerning and relating to the adoption of this resolution were <br />adOpted in an open meeting of this Council, and that all such deliberations of <br />this Council and of anN of its committees that resulted in such formal action, <br />were in meetings open ~o the public, in compliance with all legal requirements <br />inCluding Section I2i~2 of the Ohio Revised Code. <br /> <br /> Section 3. ~hat this resolution shall be in force and take effect <br />immediately upon its ad, option by Council. <br /> <br />Adopted: <br /> <br /> , 1976 ~ <br /> <br />President of Counci~ <br /> <br />Clerk of Council <br /> <br /> <br />
