That the Director of Finance be and he is hereby authorized <br />to pay the cost of memberships of municipa! employees and/or Departments <br />or Divisions of the City of Lakewood for the year 1978, in the orgmniza- <br />tions and associations set forth in Section i hereof. <br /> <br />Section 3. That this resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />measure for the reasons stated in the pre~rnble hereof, and provided if <br />receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members elected to <br />Council, it shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its <br />adoption and app=oval by the Mayor. <br /> <br /> <br />
