Harbarger as a <br /> member of the Board of Zoning Appeals for the full term ending <br /> December 31, 1982. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> Section 1. That the appointment of David R. Harbarger as a member <br /> of the Board of Zoning Appeals for the full term ending December 31, <br /> 1982, is hereby approved in accordance with the provisions of <br /> Article XVI of the Charter of the City of Lakewood. <br /> Section 2.
