WHEREAS, this Council by two-thirds vote of the members elected thereto determines thai: this resolution is an emerqeney moasure which is necessary for Lhc Immediate preservation of the public [)eoce, properby, health and safety a~)d for the further reason that the lmporvements herein provided are immediately necessary to eliminate existing hazards to vehicular traffic using the streets of this City; NOW, TIlE[~P()RE, BE IT RESOLV~:D by the Council of the City of Lakewood, Cuy~hoga County, State of Ohio, three-fourths of all members elected thereto concurring: Section 1. That it is necessary to improve in the City of Lakewood %[oodward Avenue from Hilliard Avenue to Delaware Avenue as set forth in Section 2 hereof. plans hereluafter referred to and now on file zr~ tho off[ce of the Department of Public Works hy the necessary gradinq of the base, re~urfaclnq with asphaltic re~ctt~nq and replactng the curbs together with the necessary appurtenances thereto. grade as shown by tile plans and profiles which are made a part hereof. of the Director of Public Works, are hereby approved.
