RESOLUTION NO.: <br /> <br />5324 <br /> <br />BY: Messrs, 8town, Chlnnock, Magnotto, <br /> McBride, Salmon, Brockman <br /> <br /> AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION authorizing the Mayor as <br />ex-officio Director of Public Works to enter into a contract <br />for the purchase of a fiber glass tank, control valve, and <br />float control pilot valve for Madison Park Swin~ning Pool for <br />the Division Of Public Works of the City of Lakewood. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Resolution constitutes an emergency <br />measure mn that it provides for the immediate preservation <br />of the public safety and welfare, and for the usual daily <br />operation of municpal departments, now, therefore, <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, <br />STATE OF OHIO; <br /> <br /> Sectmon 1. That the Mayor as ex-officio Director <br />Of Public Works be and he ms hereby authorized and directed <br />to enter into a contract for the purchase of a fiber glass <br />tank, control valve, and float control pilot valve for Madison <br />Park Swimming Pool, for the Division of Public Works with the <br />lowest and best bidder or bidders after advertisement according <br />to law. <br /> <br />by the Mayor. <br /> <br />Adopted: <br /> <br /> Section 2.
