RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />5332 <br /> <br />BY:Messrs. Brockman, Chinnock, Brown, <br /> Magnotto, McBride, Salmon, Mrs. Wendling <br /> <br />AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION authorizing and directing the Director of <br />Community Development to enter into a contract for consulting <br />services to be rendered by The Cuyahoga Plan, Inc. commencing <br />September i, 1978 and ending August 3!, 1979. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this resolution constitutes an emergency measure providing <br />fo~ the immediate preservation of the public health, safety and <br />welfare and for the usual daily operation of a municipal department, <br />now, therefore, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF <br />OHIO: <br /> <br />Section 1. That the Director of Community Development be and he <br />is hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract for <br />consulting services to be rendered by The Cuyahoga Plan, Inc. <br />commencing September 1, 1978 and endihg August 31, 1979. <br /> <br />Section 2.
