RESOLUTION NO. 5358 BY: Brown, Ch~nnock, Magnotto, McBride, Salmon, Wend]lng, Brockman AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION authorizing the Director of Finance to pay the cost of memberships of municipal employees and/or Departments or Divisions in certain associations for the year 1979, and declaring such memberShips to be in the public intere.st. WHEREAS, memberships of municipal employees in organizations designed to enhance the operation of municipal departments by the exchange of ideas, information and experience tO the public benefit, and WHEREAS, this resolution constitues an emergency measure providing for the immediate preservation of the publlc peace, property, health and ~safaty and fOr the usual daily operation of municipal departments; now, therefore: BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHI0: Section I.
