Pursuant to the provisions of Section 156.02 of the <br />Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood, ~his Council appoints <br />J. R. Meehan as a member of the Board of Building Standards and <br />Building Appeals for the initial fJhree-year term ending December 31, 1981. <br /> <br /> Section 2.
