Pursuant to the provisions of Section 156.02 of the <br />Codified OrdJ~ances of the City of Lakewood, this Council appoints <br />Robert Phinney as a m~mber of the Board of Building Standards and <br />Building Appeals for the initial five-year term ~ding December 31, 1983. <br /> <br /> Section 2.
