That the Mayor, as ex-officio Director of Public <br />Safety, be an~ he is hereby ~uthorized and directed to enter into a contract <br />or contracts for the purchmse of cor~mmications equzpment consisting of <br />slx (6) po table radios and six (6) ~n-car charging un, ts, plus related <br /> r~ · <br /> <br />equipment wit~ the lowest and best bidder or bidders after advertisement <br />according ~o law <br /> <br /> Section 2.
