FINAL RESOLUTION <br /> <br /> Adopting plans; <br /> <br /> Proposing to co-operate; <br /> <br /> Requesting Director to proceed; <br /> <br /> (Chapter 5521, Ohio Revised Code) <br /> <br />5394 <br /> <br />Mr, Thnm~ Rrnwn <br /> <br />moved the adoption olf the following Resolution: <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, At a meeting of the legislative authority o4 Lakewood, Ohio, held <br /> <br />in the office of said legislative authority on this , 7th day of <br /> <br /> , 1979., a quorum being present, the improvement of Berea Road, <br />(County Road No. 309), under the provisions of Chapter 5521,, Ohio Revised Code, <br />came on for further consideration; said portion of highway als described in the <br />legislation proposing cooperation with the Director of TranslPortation, enacted <br />on the 20th day of March, 1978, being described as follows: <br /> <br />The improvement of Berea Road (County Road No. 3019) from <br />West 131st Street to Detroit Avenue. Total length of work <br />being approximately 1.967 miles <br /> <br />; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, In said legislation proposing cooperation, s~id legislative authority <br />proposes to cooperate with the Director of Transportation inl the improvement of Berea <br />Road (County Road No. 309), by assuming and contributing thel entire cost and expense <br />of the~mprovement less the amount of Federal Funds set asid~ by the Director of <br />Transportation and the Northeast Ohio Areawide Coordinating Agency for the financing <br />of the improvement from funds allocated by the Federal Highway Administration. <br /> <br />The Director of Transportation notwithstanding the percentage basis of contribution <br />may allocate the money contributed in whatever manner he mayI deem necessary in <br />financing the cost of construction, rights-of-way, engineerihg and incidental expenses. <br />The total share of the cost for the City of Lakewood, Ohio, ts now estimated in <br />the amount of Twenty One ThousAnd Eleven ........ 00/1100 Dollars ($21,011.00), <br />but said estimated amount is to be adjusted in order that th~ City's ultimate share <br />of the cost of said improvement shall correspond with said percentages of actual <br />cost when said actual costs are determined <br /> <br />; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, The Director of Transportation has approved said legislation <br />proposing cooperation and has caused to be made plans and specifications and an <br />estimate of cost and expense for improving the above described highway and has <br />transmitted copies of same to this legislative authority <br /> <br />; and <br /> <br />*portion of the improvement within the corporate limits of the CitM of Lakewood <br /> <br /> <br />
