1_ <br /> FE SOLUTION NO.: 5411 By; BrDWn, Chinnock, McNally, Salmon, <br /> Wen dling, Brockman <br /> AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION authorizing and Mayor, as fix-Officio <br /> Director of Public Works to enter into a contract with ,the lowest and best <br /> bidder after advertisement according to law, for accepting and disposing of <br /> <br /> mixed refuse of the City of Lakewood by truck hauling or railroad carloads. <br /> for a period of three years commencing November 1, 19719 and terminating <br /> October 31, 1982. <br /> WHEREAS, this resolution constitutes an emergency kneasure providing <br /> forthe immediate preservation of the. public health andlfor the usual <br /> daily operation of a municipal department; naw, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF TIIE CITY OF LAKEWC~OD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> Section 1. That the Mayor as Ex-Officio Director o~E Public Works <br /> be and he is hereby authorized to enter into a contract for accepting <br /> and disposing of mixed refuse of the City of Lakewood, ~y truck hauling <br /> or railroad carloads for a period of three years, commepcing November 1, <br /> 1979, and terminating October 31, 1982, with the lowest and best bidder after <br /> advertisement according to law. <br /> Section 2.
