Koch <br />as a member of the Board of Trustees of Lakewood Hospital for the <br />unexpired term ending December 31, 1982. <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CIITY' OF LAKEWOOD, <br />STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the appointment of Fellton J. Koch as a <br />member of the Board of Trustees of Lakewood Hospiltal for the unexpired <br />term ending December 31, 1982, is hereby approvedl in accordance with <br />Article XX, Section I of the Charter of the city lof Lakewood. <br /> <br /> Section 2. That this resolution shall take effect and be <br />in force immediately upon its adoption and approval by the Mayor and <br />at the earliest period allowed by law. <br /> <br /> <br />
