RESOLUTION NO. 5435 <br /> <br />BY: Salmon, Wendling, Brockman, Brown, <br /> Chinnock, McBride, McNally <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION approving the appointment of Robert Kleinweber as Director <br />of Public Works beginning December 1, 1979. <br /> <br />BE iT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br />Section 1. That the appointment of Mr. Robert Kleinweber as Director <br />of Public Works is hereby approved in accordance with the provisions of <br />Article II Section 4 of the Lakewood City Charter. <br /> <br />Sec~ion 2o That this resolution shall take effect and be in force imme- <br />diately upon its adoption and approval by the Mayor and at the earliest <br />period allowed by law. <br /> <br />C erk ~ <br /> <br /> <br />
