RESOLUTION NO. 5436 <br /> <br />BY: Brown, Chinnock, Gallagher, <br /> Graha,~i, McBride, Salmon, Wendling <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION appointing Roland Vollmer as a member <br />of the Board of Buildlng Standards and Building AppealS for a full term <br />commencing January 1, 1980. <br /> <br />OF OHIO: <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE <br /> <br /> Section 1. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 156.02 of <br />the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood, this Council appoints <br />Roland Vollmer as a member of the Board of Buildlng Standards and <br />Building Appeals for a full term commencing January l, 1980. <br /> <br /> Section 2. That this Resolution shall take effect and be in <br />force immediately upon its adoption and approval by the Mayor and at the <br />earliest period allowed by law. <br /> <br /> <br />
