RESOLUTION NO. 5441 <br /> <br />BY: Salmon, Wendling, Brown, Chinnock, <br /> Gallagher, Graham, McBride <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION appointing Edward Kollin <br />the Lakewood City Planning Commission for the <br />ending December 3t, 1980~ <br /> <br />as a member of <br />unexpired term <br /> <br />BE IT RESOL'VED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF <br />OHIO: <br /> <br />Section 1. That Edward Kollin is hereby appointed as a <br />member of the Lakewood City Planning Commission for the unexpired <br />term beginning January 1, 1980 in accordance with the provisions <br />of Article ×V of the Amended Charter of the City of Lakewood. <br /> <br />Section 2. That this resolution shall take effect and be in <br />force immediately upon its adoption and approval by the Mayor <br />and at the earliest period allowed by law. <br /> <br /> <br />
