That Vern Essi is hereby appointed as~ a member of the <br />Lakewood City Planning Commission for the full t~rm beginning <br />January 1, 1980 in accordance with the provisions of Article XV of <br />the ~mended Charter of the City of Lakewood. <br /> <br />Section 2.
