RESOLUTION NO. 5449 <br /> <br />BY: BrOwn, Chinnock, Gallagher, <br /> Graham, McBride, Salmon, <br /> Wendling <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION confirming the order of the Board of Building Standards <br />and Building Appeals dated January 21, 1980 relative tO property located at <br />17510 Madison Avenue, Lakewood, Ohio and notifying thelproperty owner of <br />the action to be taken by this municipality if compliance is not accomplished. <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the decision of the Board of Bbilding Standards and <br />Building Appeals dated January 2!, 1980, relative to the property located <br />at 17510 Madison, Lakewood, Ohio, which reads as follows: <br /> <br />The Board of Building Standards and Building Appeals hereby <br />determines that the structure located at 17510 Madison Avenue, <br />Lakewood, Ohio, to be an unsafe structure pursuant to the <br />standards as set forth in Section 1305.521(i) of the Building <br />Code. The Board further finds that the property owner has <br />failed to Comply with a notice and order from the Building <br />Department. The Board orders that the propertylbe razed or <br />repaired pursuant to the recommendations in the!Swisher-Zorn <br />Investigation Report, December, 1979. <br /> <br /> Section 2. That by receipt of this Resolution, the property owner, <br />Dr. Pradist Satayathum, is hereby notified to comply with the decision end <br />order of the Board of Building Standards and Building Appeals as confirmed <br />by this Council. The property owner, Dr. Pradist Satayathum, is further <br />notified by receipt of this Resolution that if he fail~, neglects, or <br />refuses within forty-five (45) days from the date of service of this <br />Resolution to comply with the decision and order of the Board of Building <br />Standards and Building Appeals as confirmed by Council~ the City, acting <br />through the Building Commissioner, shall cause said structure to be ra~ed <br />or repaired in accordance with the decision and order Of the Board of Build- <br />ing Standards and Building Appeals as confirmed by City Council° <br /> <br /> Section 3. That the Clerk of this Council is hereby authorized <br />and directed to serve a certified copy of this Resolution to.
