RESOLUTION NO. 5464 <br /> <br />BY: ChinnocE, Gallagher,Graham, McBride, <br /> Salmon, IWendling. Brown <br /> <br /> AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION authorizing and directling the Mayor of the <br />City of Lakewood to enter into a contract with Barber 6 Hoffman, Inc., <br />Consulting Engineers to asses the structural damage and prepare a report <br />as to the safe usability of the Foster Pool air suppor~ enclosure. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this resolution constitutes an emergehcy measure in that it <br />provides for the immediate preservation of the public health and welfare <br />and for the usual daily operation of a municipal department, now, therefore, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the Mayor of the City of Lakewood be and he is hereby <br />authorized and directed to enter into a contract with Barber & Hoffman, Inc., <br />Consulting Engineers to assess the structural damage and prepare a report as <br />to the safe usability of the Foster Pool air support enclosure. <br /> <br /> Section 2. Funds required for the purpose setlforth in Section t <br />hereof are hereby appropriated from the Foster Pool Improvement Fund and said <br />funds to be appropriated shall not exceed $4,000.00. <br /> <br /> Section 3. That this resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />measure for the reasons stated in the preamble hereof and provided it receives <br />the affirmative vote of t~o-thirds of all members elected to Council, it shall <br />take effect and be in force immediately upon its adoption and approval by the <br />Mayor. <br /> <br />Adopted: <br /> <br />Approved: <br /> <br /> <br />
