RESOLUTION NO. 5465 <br /> <br />BY: Brown, Chinnock, Gallagher, Graham, <br /> McBride~ Salmon, Wendling <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION confirming the order of the Board of Building <br />Standards and Building Appeals dated April 7, 1980 relative to the property <br />located at 15608 Lake Avenue, Lakewood, Ohio and notifying the property <br />owner of the action to be taken by this municipality iflcompliance is <br />not accomplished. <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, <br />STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the decision of the Board oflBuilding Standards <br />and Building Appeals dated April 7, 1980 relative to the property located <br />at ]5608 Lake Avenue, Lakewood, Ohio which reads as follows: <br /> <br /> The Board of Building Standards and BUilding Appeals <br />hereby determines the structure located at 15608 Lake Avenue, <br />Lakewood, Ohio, to be an unsafe structure pursuant to the <br />standards as set forth in Section 1305.521(i)1of the Building <br />Code. The Board further finds that the property owner and/or <br />the person in control has failed to comply with a notice and <br />order from the Building Department. The Board orders the <br />property to be repaired pursuant to Mr. Robert Miller's, <br />Assistant Housing Commissioner, communlcationldated February 14, <br />1980. <br /> <br /> Section 2. That by receipt of this Resolution, the property <br />owner, Vera Pettibone, and the person in control, Mr. N~les Pettibone a.k.a. <br />Nelson Nyles, are hereby notified to comply with the decision and order of <br />the Board of Building Standards and Building Appeals aslconfirmed by this <br />Council. The property owner, Vera Pettibone, and the person in control, <br />Mr. Nyles Pettibone a.k.a. Nelson Nyles are further notified by receipt of <br />this Resolution that if they fail, neglect or refuse within forty-five (45) <br />days from the date of service of this Resolution to comply with the decision <br />and order of the Board of Building Standards and Building Appeals as confirmed <br />by Council, the City, acting through the Building CommiSsioner, shall cause <br />sa~d structure to be razed or repaired in accordance with the decision and <br />order of the Board of Building Standards and Building A~peals as confirmed <br />by City Council. <br /> <br /> Section 3. That the Clerk of this Council islhereby authorized and <br />directed to serve a certified copy of this Resolution tO Vera Pettibone and <br />Mr. Nyles Pettlbone a.k~a.
