RESOLUTION NO. 5480 <br /> <br />BY: Brown, Chilnnock, Gallagher, Graham, <br /> McBride, Salmon, Wendlin9 <br /> <br />AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION approving the Budget of the ~ity of Lakewood, <br />State of Ohio, for the year 1981, and authorizing thel filing of same <br />with the Auditor of Cuyahoga County. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, an emergency exists to provide for the usuall daily operation <br />of a municipal department arising from the necessity iof preparing and <br />filing a Budget for the year 1981; now, therefore, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWO0~, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br />Section 1. That the Annual Budget submitted by the ~irector of Finance <br />of the City of Lakewood, showing the amount of money 'needed and the <br />necessary expenditures in the various departments of the municipality <br />for the year 1981, be and the same is hereby approved and the Clerk is <br />hereby ordered and directed to file same with the Auditor of-Cuyahoga <br />County pursuant to the statutes of the State of Ohio.~ <br /> <br />Section 2. That this resolution is hereby declared ~o be an emergency <br />measure for the reasons stated in the preamble and pnovided it receives <br />the affirmative vote of two-thirds (2/3) of all members elected to <br />Council, it shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its <br />adoption and approval by the Mayor. <br /> <br />Adopted: (~/~q, /,:~',/~0~'~) <br /> <br /> <br />
