RESOLUTION NO. 5501 BYt Salmon, Wendling, Brown, <br /> Gallagher, Graham, McBride <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION confirming the order of the Boar~ of Building Standards <br />and Building Appeals dated November 3, 1980 relative to ~he property located at <br />1289 Ramona Avenue, Lakewood, Ohio (Permanent Parcel No. 312-19-66) and notifying <br />the property owner of the action to be taken by the City,of Lakewood if <br />compliance is not accomplished. <br /> <br />OHIO: <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ~AKEWOOD, STATE OF <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the decision of the Board of:Building Standards and <br />Building Appeals dated November 3, 1980 relative to the property located at <br />1289 Ramona Avenue, Lakewood, Ohio (Permanent Parcel No. 312-19-66) which reads <br />as follows: <br /> <br />The Board of Building Standards and Building Appeals hereby <br />determines the structure located at 1289 Ramonla Avenue, <br />Lakewood, Ohio, to be a public nuisance pursuant to the <br />standards as set forth in Section 1305.521(i)(11) of the <br />Building Code, Subsections e, f, g, i, j, in Ghat it is <br />unfit for human habitation and in a condition 'that is <br />unsafe or dangerous to the health, ~orals, safety and <br />general welfare of the people and in violationl of the <br />provisions of the housing code and other ordinances of the <br />City. The Board further finds that the propenty owner has <br />failed to comply with a notice and order from the Building <br />Department and orders the property repaired. <br /> <br />is hereby confirmed. <br /> <br /> Section 2. That by receipt of this resolution~ the property owner, <br />Deborah Anderson Loukas, is hereby notified to comply with the decision and order <br />of the Board of Building Standards and Building Appeals aS confirmed by this <br />Council. The property owner, Deborah Anderson Loukas, islfurther notified by <br />receipt of this resolution that if she fails, neglects orlrefuses, within forty- <br />five (45) days from the date of service of this resolution, to comply with the <br />decision and order of the Board as confirmed by Council, the City, acting <br />through its Building Commissioner, shall cause said structure to be repaired <br />in accordance with the decision and order of the Board aslconfirmed by Lakewood <br />City Council. <br /> <br /> Section 3. That the Clerk of Council is hereby authorized and directed <br />to cause a certified copy of this resolution to be servedlupon Deborah And?son <br />Loukas in accordance with the provisions of Section 1305.$21(d) of the Housing <br />Code of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood. <br /> <br />~resi dent <br /> <br /> <br />
