RESOLUTION NO. 5504 <br /> <br />BY: Gallaghler, Graham, McBride, Salmon, <br /> Wendlinlg, Brown <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION authorizing and directing the Director of Public Works <br />to enter into a requirement contract for the purchase of the necessary <br />items of Fire Hydrants and Fire Hydrant Parts for a period of one year <br />commencing January 1, 1981. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this resolution provides for the immediate 'preservation <br />of the public property and welfare and for the usual dai~y operation <br />of a municipal department, now, therefore, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWODD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the Director of Public Works be and he is hereby <br />authorized and directed to enter into a requirement contract for the purchase <br />of the necessary items of Fire Hydrants and Fire Hydrant Parts for a period <br />of one year, commencing January 1, 1981, with the lowest and best bidder, <br />after advertisement according to law. <br /> <br /> Section 2. That this Resolution shall take effect and be in force <br />immediately provided it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of <br />all members elected to Council, and is approved by the Mayor. <br /> <br /> <br />
