RESOLUTION NO. 5508 <br /> <br />BYh McBride, Salmon, Wendling, <br /> Brown, Chinnock, Gallagher, <br /> Graham <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION approving the appointment of MAry Ellen Brzytwa <br />as a member of the Board of Trustees of Lakewood Hosplital for the full <br />five-year term beginning January 1, 1981 and ending December 31, 1985. <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF [AKEWOOD, STATE <br />OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the appointment of Mary Ellen Brzytwa as a <br />member of the Board of Trustees of Lakewood Hospital for the full five- <br />year term beginning January I, 1981 and ending December 31, 1985, is hereby <br />approved in accordance wi th Article ×X, Section i of The Amended Charter <br />of the City of Lakewood. <br /> <br /> Section 2.
