Fowerbaugh <br />as a member of the Board of Trustees of Lakewood Hospital for the full <br />five-year term beginning January 1, 1981 and ending DeQember 31, 1985. <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF'LAKEWOOD, STATE <br />OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the appointment of Albert E.; Fowerbaugh as a <br />member of the Board of Trustees of Lakewood Hospital fer the full five- <br />year term beginning January 1, 1981 and ending Decembe~ 31, 1985, is hereby <br />approved in accordance with Article XX, Section I of T~e Amended Charter <br />of the City of Lakewood. <br /> <br /> Section 2.
