Ware as <br />a member of the Board of Trustees of Lakewood Hospital for the full <br />five-year term beginning January 1, 1981 and ending ~ecember 3I, 1985. <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY QF LAKEWOOD, STATE <br />OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the appointment of Karl E,. Ware as a member <br />of the Board of Trustees of Lakewood Hospital for thel full five-year <br />term beginning January 1, 1981 and ending December 311, 1985, is hereby <br />approved in accordance with Article XX, Section 1 of The Amended Charter <br />of the City of Lakewood. <br /> <br /> Section 2.
