<br /> RESOLUTION NO.: 5679 BY: Brown, Chinnock, Graham, Salmon <br /> Wendling <br /> AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION authorizing and directing the Director <br /> of Public Works to enter into a requirement contract for the purchase <br /> <br /> of Aluminum Sulphate for a period of one year commencing June 1, 1982. <br /> WHEREAS, this Resolution constitutes an emergency measure providing <br /> for the immediate preservation of the public health, safety and welfare <br /> and for the usual daily operation of a municipal department, now, there- <br /> fore: <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY~THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKE WOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> Section 1. That the Director~of Public Works be and he is hereby <br /> authorized and directed to enter into a requirement contract for the <br /> purchase of Aluminum Sulphate for a period of one year commencing June <br /> 1, 1982 with the lowest and best bidder after advertising according <br /> to law. <br /> Section 2.
