1 <br /> from the easterly line of property now or formerly owned by Robert M. <br /> Sessions, now or formerly known as Permanent Parcel No. 311-10-4 on the <br /> tax list and maps of Cuyahoga County and assigned as its address 176712 <br /> <br /> Edgewater Drive, westerly approximately 249.5 feet to the westerly line <br /> of property now or formerly owed by Clifford Simms, now or formerly <br /> known as Permanent Parcel No. 311-10-2 on the tax list and maps of <br /> Cuyahoga County and assigned as its address 17742 Edgewater Drive. <br /> Section 2. That said easement shall be improved as shown on <br /> the plans hereinafter referred to and now on file in the office of the <br /> Director of Public Works by constructing thereon a breakwall with con- <br /> crete modules and end returns. <br /> Section 3. It is hereby determined and declared that said im- <br /> provement is conducive to the public health, convenience and welfare of <br /> said City and the inhabitants thereof. <br /> Section 4. That the grade of said easement as improved shall <br /> be the grade as shown by the plans and profiles which are made a part <br /> hereof. <br /> Section 5. That the plans, specifications, estimates and pro- <br /> files of the proposed improvement, heretofore prepared and now on file <br /> in the office of the Director of Public Works, are hereby approved. <br /> Section 6. That one hundred percent (100%) of the whole cost <br /> of said improvement to be borne by the City shall be assessed upon all <br /> lots and lands bounding and abutting upon the proposed improvement <br /> between the termini aforesaid, which said lots and lands are hereby <br /> determined to be specially benefited by said improvement; and the cost <br /> of said improvement shall include the cost of preliminary and other <br /> surveys, plans, specifications, profiles and estimates and of printing, <br /> serving and publishing notices, resolutions and ordinances, the amount <br /> -2- <br /> <br />
