That the appointment of Michael Paul Cassidy as a member <br /> of the Board of Zoning Appeals for the unexpired term ending December 31, 1983, <br /> is hereby approved in accordance with the provisions of Article XVI, Section 1, <br /> of the Amended City Charter. <br /> Section 2.
