<br /> RESOLUTION N0. 5723 SY: Brown, Chinnock, Gallagher, Graham, <br /> Salmon, Wendling <br /> A RESOLUTION to commend Ronald Mottl for his 25 years of public service. <br /> WHEREAS, Ronald Mottl has ably served this community in public service <br /> since 1958, and <br /> WHEREAS, long years of service have included positions as Cleveland <br /> Assistant Law Director, Parma Ward Councilman,. Parma City Council President, and <br /> WHEREAS., he served in both the House of Representatives and in the <br /> Senate for the State of Ohio, and <br /> WHEREAS, since 1975 he has served with distinction in the United <br /> States Congress where he was the Chairman of the Subcommittee on Hospitals and <br /> Health Care under the Veterans Affairs Committee and Co-chair and founder of the <br /> Congressional suburban caucus, and <br /> lv'HEREAS, it is fitting and proper that the public service rendered by <br /> Congressman Ronald Mottl be given public cognizance and recognition; now, <br /> therefore., <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> Section 1. That this Council extends to Congressman Ronald Mottl its <br /> appreciation and that of all the citizens of this community for his public <br /> service and further that this Council wishes him continued years of success, <br /> health and prosperity. <br /> Section 2.
