~W <br /> RESOLUTION N0. 5726 gy; Brown, Gallagher, Graham, McBride, <br /> Salmon, Wendling <br /> A RESOLUTION to commend Therese Lynsky for her public service as a <br /> public health nurse in the Division of Public Health, Department of Public <br /> Safety of the City of Lakewood. <br /> WHEREAS, upon her retirement effective October 29, 1982, Therese <br /> Lynsky completed 19 years and 9 months of public service as a public health <br /> nurse in the division of Public Health, Department of Public Safety of the City, <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, during her tenure with the Division of Public Health, Mrs. <br /> Lynsky was recognized as a loyal and dedicated employee who rendered outstanding <br /> and dedicated service not only to the Department of Public Safety, but to the <br /> entire community as well, and <br /> WHEREAS, it is fitting and proper that the public service rendered by <br /> Therese Lynsky be given public cognizance and recognition; now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STRTE OF OHIO: <br /> Section 1. That the Council of the City of Lakewood extends to <br /> Therese Lynsky its appreciation and that of all of the citizens of this <br /> community for her 19 and 3/4 years of public service as a Public Health nurse in <br /> the Division of Public Health, Department of Public Safety, and further that <br /> this Council wishes her continued years of health, happiness and prosperity in <br /> her retirement. <br /> Section 2.
