I <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION N0. 5739-83 BY: Brown, Chinnock, Gallagher, <br /> Graham, McBride, Salmon, Wendling <br /> A RESOLUTION to commend Captain Nathan "Nate" Cabot for his public <br /> service as a Firefighter of the City of Lakewood. <br /> WHEREAS, upon his retirement effective January 14, 1983, Captain <br /> Nathan "Nate" Cabot will have completed 33 years, two and one-half months <br /> of public service as a Firefighter of the City of Lakewood, serving as Fire <br /> <br /> Marshall since May 13, 1979, and <br /> WHEREAS, during his tenure with the Lakewood Fire Department, <br /> Captain Cabot was recognized as a loyal and dedicated employee who rendered <br /> outstanding service not only to the Department of Public Safety but to the <br /> entire community as well, and <br /> WHEREAS, it is fitting and proper that the public service rendered by <br /> Captain Nathan Cabot be given public cognizance and recognition; now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> Section 1. That the Council of the City of Lakewood extends to <br /> Captain Nathan "Nate" Cabot its appreciation and that of all of the citizens <br /> of this community for his 33 years, two and one-half months of public service <br /> as a Firefighter of the City of Lakewood, and further that this Council wishes <br /> him continued years of health, happiness, and prosperity in his retirement. <br /> Section 2.
