RESOLUTION N0. 5747-83 BY: Brown, Chinnock, Gallagher, Graham, <br /> McBride, Salmon, Wendling <br /> A RESOLUTION to commend LeRoy T. Foran for his public service as a <br /> Firefighter of the City of Lakewood. <br /> WHEREAS, upon his retirement effective January 26, 1983, Firefighter <br /> First Grade LeRoy T. Foran will have completed 33z years of public service as a <br /> Firefighter of the City of Lakewood, and <br /> WHEREAS, during his tenure with the Lakewood Fire Department, Fire- <br /> fighter Foran was recognized as a loyal and dedicated employee who rendered out- <br /> standing service not only to the Department of Public Safety but to the entire <br /> community as well, and <br /> WHEREAS, it is fitting and proper that the public service rendered by <br /> LeRoy T. Foran be given public cognizance and recognition; now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> Section 1. That the Council of the City of Lakewood extends to Fire- <br /> fighter First Grade LeRoy T. Foran its appreciation and that of all of the <br /> citizens of this community for his 33z years of public service as a Firefighter <br /> of the City of Lakewood, and further that this Council wishes him continued years <br /> of health, happiness, and prosperity in his retirement. <br /> Section 2. That the Clerk of Council be and she is hereby authorized <br /> and directed to forward a certified copy of this Resolution to Firefighter LeRoy <br /> T.
