<br /> RESOLUTION N0. 5753-83 BY: Brown, Chinnock, Gallagher, Graham, <br /> McBride, Salmon, Wendling <br /> A RESOLUTION to commend Anthony R. Lutz for his public service as a <br /> Police Officer of the City of Lakewood. <br /> WHEREAS, upon his retirement effective February 14, 1983, Patrolman <br /> <br /> Anthony R. Lutz will have completed 26 years of public service as a member of <br /> the Division of Police, Department of Public Safety, and <br /> WHEREAS, during his tenure with the Lakewood Police Department, Patrol- <br /> man Lutz was recognized as a loyal and dedicated police officer who rendered <br /> outstanding service not only to the Department of Public Safety, but to the <br /> entire community as well, and <br /> WHEREAS, it is fitting and. proper that the public service rendered by <br /> Anthony R. Lutz be given public cognizance and recognition; now, therefore, <br /> BE I7 -0RDAINED'BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> Section 1. That the Council of the City of Lakewood extends to <br /> Patrolman Anthony R. Lutz its appreciation and that of all of the citizens of <br /> this community for his 26 years of public service. as a police officer of the <br /> City of Lakewood, and further that this Council wishes him continued years of <br /> health, happiness, and prosperity in his retirement. <br /> Section 2. That the Clerk of Council be and she is hereby authorized <br /> and directed to forward a certified copy of this Resolution to Patrolman Anthony <br /> R.
