RESOLUTION N0. 5759-83 BY: Brown, Chinnock, Gallagher, Graham, <br /> McBride, Salmon, Wendling <br /> A RESOLUTION to commend William E. Follman for his public service as <br /> a Firefighter of the City of Lakewood. <br /> WHEREAS, upon his retirement effective February 5, 1983, Firefighter <br /> First Grade William E. Follman completed 37 years of public service as a Fire- <br /> fighter of the City of Lakewood, and <br /> WHEREAS, during his tenure with the Lakewood Fire Department, Fire- <br /> fighter Follman was recognized as a loyal and dedicated employee who rendered <br /> outstanding service not only to the Department of Public Safety, but to the entire <br /> community as well, and <br /> WHEREAS, it is fitting and proper that the public service rendered by <br /> William E. Follman be given public cognizance and recognition; now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> Section 1. That the Council of the City of Lakewood extends to Fire- <br /> fighter First Grade William E. Follman its appreciation and that of all of the <br /> citizens of this community for his 37 years of public service as a Firefighter <br /> of the City of Lakewood, and further that this Council wishes him continued years <br /> of health, happiness and prosperity in his retirement. <br /> Section 2. That. the Clerk of Council be and she is hereby authorized <br /> and directed to forward a certified copy of this Resolution to Firefighter <br /> William E.
