<br /> i - <br /> RESOLUTION N0. 5796-83 BY: Brown, CHinnock, Gallagher, <br /> Graham, McBride, Salmon, <br /> Wendling <br /> AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION approving the Budget of the City of Lakewood, <br /> State of Ohio, for the year 1984, and authorizing the filing of same <br /> with the Auditor of Cuyahoga County. <br /> WHEREAS, an emergency exists to provide for the usual daily operation <br /> of a municipal department arising from the necessity of preparing and <br /> filing a Budget for the year 1984; now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> Section 1. That the Annual Budget submitted by the Director of Finance <br /> of the City of Lakewood, showing the amount of money needed and the <br /> necessary expenditures in the various departments of the municipality <br /> for the year 1984, be and the same is hereby approved and the Clerk <br /> is hereby ordered and directed to file same with the Auditor of Cuyahoga <br /> County pursuant to the statutes of the State of Ohio. <br /> Section 2. That this resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency <br /> measure for the reasons stated in the preamble and provided it receives <br /> the affirmative vote of two-thirds (2/3). of all members elected to <br /> Council, it shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its <br /> adoption and approval by the Mayor. <br /> Adopted - ~b 1 rest en ' <br /> .
