<br /> RESOLUTION NO.: 5800-83 BY: Brown, Chinnock, Gallagher, Graham, <br /> McBride, Salmon, Wendling <br /> AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION authorizing the Director of Public Works <br /> to enter into a contract or contracts for roof repairs on the three <br /> buildings at the Armory Site, City of Lakewood. <br /> WHEREAS, this Resolution constitutes an emergency measure in <br /> that it provides for the immediate preservation of the public safety <br /> and welfare and for the usual daily operation of municipal depart- <br /> ments, now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLUED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> Section 1. That the Director of Public Works be and he is <br /> hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract or contracts <br /> for roof repairs on the three buildings located at the Armory site, <br /> with the lowest and best bidder or bidders after advertisement <br /> according to law. <br /> Section 2.
